3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary to fulfill their project

  • Respond to inquiries, approvals, and clarifications in a timely manner

  • Ensure submitted content does not violate copyright laws or third-party rights

  • Make payments on time as per agreed project terms

  • Maintain secure access to their accounts and confidential information

Any project delays caused due to incomplete inputs or late responses from the client are not the responsibility of Cubicles Coders.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices, packages, and quotations shared by Cubicles Coders are valid for a limited time.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance, milestone, or full payment).

  • Once a project stage is delivered or hosted, the corresponding payment becomes non-refundable.

  • For subscription-based services (hosting, maintenance, ads, marketing), renewal charges apply.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

Cubicles Coders Private Limited follows a strict no-refund policy, except in cases where:

  • The project has not been initiated

  • Services were not delivered due to our technical fault

  • A refund was specifically agreed upon in writing

Refunds for third-party costs (hosting, domain, ads, software, plugins) are not provided under any circumstance.

6. Project Timeline & Delivery

  • Project timelines are estimations and may change based on complexity or client dependencies.

  • Delivery is subject to timely feedback, approvals, and content submission by the client.

  • Major revisions or additional features beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All project-related assets (content, images, code, creatives) supplied by the client remain the client’s property.

  • Proprietary software, backend code, frameworks, automation tools, or AI modules developed by Cubicles Coders remain intellectual property of Cubicles Coders unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Final deliverables become the client’s ownership only after full and final payment.

Cubicles Coders may showcase completed projects in portfolios unless the client requests confidentiality.

8. Third-Party Services

Cubicles Coders uses various third-party tools and services, such as:

  • Hosting providers

  • Payment gateways

  • Logistic companies

  • Marketing & Analytics tools

  • APIs or plugins

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, or issues related to third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cubicles Coders Private Limited is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, profits, or revenue

  • Technical issues arising from third-party providers

  • Delays caused by clients or external events (server failure, internet outage, etc.)

  • Security breaches caused by negligence on the client’s end

  • Loss of data due to improper backup by the client

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of service fees paid.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information, source materials, business ideas, and communication.
However, this does not apply when:

  • Information is already public

  • Required by law or government authorities

  • Requested to prevent fraud, illegal activities, or misuse

11. Termination of Services

Cubicles Coders may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Client violates any Terms & Conditions

  • Client engages in illegal or unethical practices

  • Project scope repeatedly changes without additional agreement

Upon termination, no refunds will be provided for completed work or third-party costs.

12. Changes to Terms

Cubicles Coders Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Mumbai/Maharashtra courts.
